Description
Nokia is seeking an experienced Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) Specialist for a third-tier support role supporting its workforce and business-to-business identity services. The role involves solving complex technical problems and escalated incidents, performing maintenance and monitoring, participating in upgrades and enhancements, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with T2 support and other subject matter experts. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, at least six years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux or other Linux operating systems, and at least two years of hands-on experience with Red Hat IdM, along with knowledge of Linux services, LDAP, Kerberos, Bash scripting, and monitoring tools.
