Alorica is hiring a full-time, remote Solution Architect to provide technical pre-sales solutioning support for the sales team within its IT Client Engagement group. The role involves closing new business, supporting existing clients, presenting to C-level stakeholders, assessing client environments, developing prototypes and proof-of-concept materials, supporting software evaluations, and providing technical solution support through implementation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, at least seven years of information technology experience, and expertise in contact center technologies, endpoint connectivity, networking, cloud, and data center infrastructure.
