Vatica Health is seeking a Solution Development Director to lead the front end of its healthcare payer/provider growth pipeline. The role investigates and validates new markets and capabilities, sizes opportunities, builds investment cases, manages competitive intelligence, recommends build-versus-partner-versus-acquire decisions, presents board-ready recommendations, and hands approved opportunities to the Solutions team for development. Candidates need 6+ years of healthcare payer/provider strategy, corporate development, or product strategy experience, direct value-based care and risk-bearing provider organization experience, and fluency in HCC/RAF, HEDIS/Stars, ACO economics, and payer-provider data workflows.
