Dematic is hiring a Solution Development Engineer for its Customer Service team on a permanent contract at its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio, Milan. The role develops technical solutions for modernization, retrofit, expansion, and lifecycle-management projects involving automated material handling and intralogistics systems; translates customer requirements into proposals and solution concepts; coordinates cross-functional engineering and project teams; supports sales and customer service; and contributes to service offerings and continuous improvement. The position requires an engineering degree, relevant solution or project engineering experience, knowledge of automated systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
