ZEISS is seeking a solution-oriented project manager to lead complex development projects for integrated light microscopy solutions used in biotechnology and life sciences. The role combines project management, organizational development, process and standards design, market-launch responsibility, and professional leadership of interdisciplinary internal and external teams. Candidates should have a relevant science or engineering degree, several years of experience leading complex multi-site development projects, knowledge of optics, software, automation, biotechnology, life sciences, or workflow solutions, and strong German and English negotiation skills.
