AND Digital is hiring a Solution Director: Data & AI to lead the growth and delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions across the United States. Reporting to the US CTO, the role combines client advisory, solution architecture, delivery oversight, go-to-market strategy, partnership development, and practice leadership. The position requires 10–15 years of technology or consulting experience, including at least 6 years in Data and AI delivery, along with expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms. The role is based in New York/New Jersey, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida and offers a blended working model.
