Microsoft is recruiting a Solution Engineer focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions for its SME&C AI Business Solutions division. The role supports technical presentations, proof-of-concept validation, solution architecture, competitive positioning, customer and partner collaboration, and handoffs to Customer Success. It requires at least three years of technical solution engineering or pre-sales experience in business applications, native-level Japanese proficiency, and business-level English communication.
