Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineer in the AI Business Solutions – Copilot team to lead technical engagements for enterprise customers adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related solutions. The role focuses on demos, pilots, architecture design, adoption planning, technical blockers, pipeline generation, competitive wins, and handoffs to customer success or partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, with solution sales, executive relationship-building, consultative selling, and pipeline management also preferred.
