Blacksmith is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical face of the company, partnering with Account Executives to lead evaluations, drive technical wins, and guide customers through the full lifecycle of discovery, benchmarking, and proof-of-concepts. The role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor, solving technical challenges in real-time, influencing product direction, and supporting expansion and long-term customer success. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency in CI/CD tooling and cloud infrastructure, be comfortable working directly with developers, possess exceptional communication skills, be customer-obsessed, and thrive in a startup environment.
