Glean is hiring a Solution Engineer for its GTM organization in the UK&I region, based in London. The role advises customers, partners, and Account Executives on Glean’s enterprise Work AI platform, conducts product demonstrations, explains platform architecture, scopes and executes pilots and Proof of Value exercises, trains customers and partners, and collaborates with product and engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of enterprise software pre-sales experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, identity services, APIs, and security concepts. The role is hybrid and includes medical and dental coverage.
