Kong is hiring a Solution Engineer to support field sales for Enterprise and Strategic accounts in the French region. The role covers technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept support, customer onboarding, training, technical documentation, coordination with support and engineering, and lead-generation activities. Candidates need at least seven years of pre-sales solution engineering or relevant experience in SaaS, open-source, or enterprise software, along with open-source technology experience and knowledge of API management, integration, cloud computing, and open-source business models.
