Kong is hiring a Solution Engineer to support field sales for Enterprise and Strategic accounts in the French region. The role involves helping customers understand Kong API Management and Connectivity solutions, leading technical sales through discovery, product reviews, demonstrations, and production, supporting proof-of-concepts, onboarding and training customers, coordinating with support, product, and engineering teams, creating technical documentation, and participating in lead-generation activities. Candidates need at least seven years of pre-sales Solution Engineering or relevant experience in SaaS, open-source, or enterprise software, along with open-source technology experience and foundational knowledge of API management, integration, cloud computing, and open-source business models.
