Description
Kong is hiring a Solution Engineer to support field sales for its API Management and Connectivity solutions in the UAE. The role partners with Account Executives, leads technical sales cycles, supports PoCs, onboards and trains customers, coordinates with support, product, and engineering teams, creates technical documentation, and contributes to lead-generation activities. Candidates need at least seven years of pre-sales Solution Engineering or relevant experience in SaaS, open-source, or enterprise software, along with open-source technology experience and foundational knowledge of API management, integration, cloud computing, and open-source business models.
