Description
The Corporate Technology Solution Engineer/ Business Translator partners with Mars’ Sustainability, Risk, Legal, and Corporate teams to translate sustainability goals, regulatory obligations, reporting needs, and performance requirements into practical digital solutions. The role develops proof-of-concept solutions using basic coding and Power BI, creates structured requirements and success measures, prioritizes initiatives, designs sustainability platforms and tools, and collaborates with architects, data engineers, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, auditable, and traceable solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of solution engineering experience focused on cross-platform data and analytics solutions, and experience with system integration, data migration, data modeling, and complex digital analytics platforms.
