Description
The Solution Engineer will support Hexnode’s enterprise software and cybersecurity products by understanding customer needs, conducting technical needs analysis and customized product demonstrations, addressing presales inquiries, collaborating with sales, product development, and marketing teams, and building relationships with IT decision-makers. The role requires a relevant technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of pre-sales or technical sales experience in SaaS, strong technical and communication skills, and preferably experience in MDM or UEM.
