Natterbox is hiring a UK-based Solution Engineer to support the US team during 14:00–21:30 GMT office hours. The role focuses on achieving technical wins in sales cycles by demonstrating Natterbox’s platform and AI Agent products, understanding customer problems, designing solutions with Account Executives, Salesforce, and partners, documenting Statements of Work, running proofs of concept, championing AI product releases, and applying modern AI tools to solution design, documentation, and demos. Candidates need at least two years of complex product demonstration experience, Salesforce ecosystem experience, technical sales support experience, strong communication and solution design skills, and practical familiarity with AI, LLMs, conversational AI, or voice AI.
