Description
The Solutions Engineer collaborates with client executives, sales teams, and partners to align NetApp's technical strategy with customer goals. The role provides pre-sales technical support, designs on-premise or hybrid storage systems, builds proof-of-concept applications, assesses product capabilities, performs ROI and TCO analysis, and advises on broader technical resources. It requires at least eight years of storage product and services experience, prior experience in a solutions engineering or sales engineering capacity, and the ability to act as a subject-matter expert and project decision-maker.
