Description
The Solution Engineer serves as a technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Product/Engineering teams, supporting pre-sales technical consulting and post-sales solution deployment and support for Aarki’s advertising platform. The role involves translating customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting campaign delivery, tracking, data ingestion, and integration issues, managing integrations and deployment features, collaborating with internal teams, and improving product adoption through performance analysis and technical documentation.
