Description
Snowflake is hiring a Solution Engineer to drive customer success and close large deals by solving complex technical challenges. The role works with sales teams and channel partners, presents Snowflake technology to executive and technical audiences, demonstrates value throughout the sales cycle, maintains knowledge of competitive technologies, collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and supports enterprise Proof of Concepts from design through implementation. The position requires database and data warehouse expertise, SQL and Python experience, AI/ML knowledge, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Compensation is $184,000–$241,500 in on-target earnings, with an estimated base salary of $138,000–$181,125, plus equity and benefits.
