Sphera is hiring a Solution Engineer – Operational Risk Management to serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the enterprise software lifecycle. The role combines technical pre-sales, solution consulting, RFP and tender management, implementation support, customer training, and product feedback, with a primary focus on Sphera Control of Work and broader operational risk management solutions. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, enterprise SaaS experience, and demonstrated success with RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender responses; the position requires some travel within Australia and occasional travel throughout Asia-Pacific.
