Microsoft is hiring a Copilot Solution Engineer to work with enterprise customers on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and related AI solutions. The individual contributor will lead technical engagements, design scalable and secure solution architectures, deliver workshops and proof-of-concepts, advise business and technology decision makers, and drive customer AI transformation. The role requires experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles, along with knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, AI, cloud technologies, or modern workplace solutions. The typical base pay range in Poland is 284,000.00 to 616,900.00 PLN per year, and applications are accepted until the position is filled.
