GoCardless is hiring a Solution Engineer to join its Solution Engineering team and serve as the primary technical lead during engagements with prospective and existing merchants. The role involves working with sales teams, presenting product demos, performing technical discovery, architecting solution designs, collaborating with product and implementation teams, and supporting client journeys. Candidates should have pre-sales or post-sales solution engineering experience, API and integration knowledge, programming skills, and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences. The base salary range is £48,800–£73,200 plus 30% OTE, with medical cover and flexible working arrangements.
