Description
SolarWinds is hiring a Solution Engineer to partner with sales, customer success, product management, and other teams to support new business, expansion, and renewal opportunities. The role involves customer discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept and trial engagements, technical solution design, RFP and competitive evaluation support, and feedback on customer requirements and market opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of relevant solution engineering or customer-facing technical experience, ITSM or enterprise software experience, strong communication and consultative selling skills, and willingness to travel.
