Infobip is hiring an entry-level Associate Solution Engineer to support customers with understanding Infobip communication solutions, identify suitable products, assist with solution design and integrations, conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations, configure and implement solutions, and deliver documentation and training. The role offers exposure to technical and business challenges, with opportunities to develop as a generalist or specialize in customer experience, solution design, product expertise, or industry-focused solutions. Candidates should have foundational knowledge of software, APIs, integrations, or cloud technologies, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.
