Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineer to support Microsoft 365 Copilot pre-sales and technical consulting. The role works with sales, partners, engineering, and Customer Success to qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, design industry-aligned solutions, deliver demonstrations, address technical proof and competitive objections, support proposals and licensing, and secure customer solution design endorsement. The position can be performed up to 50% from home and offers a typical United Kingdom base pay range of £36,600 to £63,000 per year.
