Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineer for its AI Business Solutions – Copilot team to lead technical engagements and architecture design for enterprise customers adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related AI solutions. The role focuses on winning technical decisions, delivering demos and proof-of-concepts, removing technical blockers, generating pipeline, supporting upsell opportunities, and ensuring secure, compliant, scalable implementations. It also involves mentoring engineers, influencing product and go-to-market strategy, and maintaining deal hygiene. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 8–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
