Description
Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineer for its AI Business Solutions – Copilot team to lead technical engagements and architecture design for enterprise customers adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agents, and related AI solutions. The role includes customer discovery, demos, pilots, technical demonstrations, competitive wins, deal hygiene, partner co-selling, and handoffs to Customer Success or partners, while also mentoring engineers and contributing to product and go-to-market strategy. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8–10 years of pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot technologies, Generative AI, cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
