Description
Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineering Manager for AI Business Solutions to lead and grow a team of solution engineers focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications, including Sales & Services, Contact Center as a Service, and ERP with Finance & Operations. The role owns the technical win strategy for a territory, coaches the team on demonstrations, solution architecture, proposals, competitive differentiation, licensing, and customer success activation, and partners with sales, account planning, and management teams to accelerate qualified pipeline and revenue capture. The position requires substantial technical pre-sales or consulting experience, people-management experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud or hybrid infrastructure; the typical Canadian base pay range is CAD 128,000 to CAD 222,400 per year.
