Microsoft is hiring a Solution Engineering Manager to lead its Business Process Solution Engineering team across Australia. The role combines people leadership, technical strategy, customer engagement, and hands-on solution delivery across CRM, ERP, Contact Centre, and Power Platform. The manager will develop and execute the team’s technical business plan, partner with sales, customer success, and partners, guide senior stakeholders, coach the team, and champion AI readiness and innovation. The position requires experience leading technical or solution engineering teams, working with business applications, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and operating in enterprise environments; Power Platform, pre-sales, solution consulting, public-sector exposure, and executive communication are preferred.
