The Cloud & AI Platform Solution Engineering Manager leads a team of Solution Engineers supporting enterprise customers in digital and AI transformation through Microsoft Cloud technologies. The role combines people leadership, technical sales strategy, customer engagement, solution architecture, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cloud, data, AI, analytics, application innovation, and emerging AI capabilities. Candidates need experience leading technical customer-facing teams, cloud or enterprise architecture experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders; experience leading technical sales or pre-sales organizations and strong executive presence are preferred.
