Redesign Group is hiring a remote, U.S.-based Solution Engineering Manager to lead its Specialty Sales Practice. The role combines people management of approximately five Solution Engineers with hands-on technical leadership across data protection, storage, compute, and networking. Responsibilities include scoping and presenting multi-discipline datacenter solutions, serving as a technical escalation point, building reference architectures, managing team performance, and tracking technical win/loss metrics. The position requires 5–8 years of enterprise IT experience, broad datacenter exposure, hands-on storage and networking knowledge, and prior technical team leadership experience.
