Description
The Solution Expert supports complex customer scenarios involving regulatory and functional requirements for the deltaconX SaaS platform. The role collaborates with customers, Product Management, Development, Solution Delivery, and the Service Desk; contributes to solution design, implementation guidance, documentation, knowledge sharing, data validation, and product improvement; and travels up to 50% to customer locations. It is a full-time hybrid position in Vienna, Austria, with 60% onsite and 40% home-office work, and offers a gross annual salary starting at EUR 55,000.
