Magellan is hiring a Salesforce Solution Expert to serve as a functional lead for its teams and clients. The role covers functional design and standard Salesforce configuration, business-requirement workshops, advanced solution design, functional deliverables, UAT, user training, process improvement, and complex project support. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent qualification, expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds, strong business-process analysis and documentation skills, knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, experience supporting users and conducting UAT, and the ability to communicate and train effectively. The role also requires obtaining at least two Salesforce certifications per year.
