Description
Provectus is hiring an early-career Solution Owner for its Delivery team in Colombia or Costa Rica. The role owns a defined slice of a client engagement, from use-case framing through backlog, release, and results; translates technical and business requirements; runs discovery workshops; maintains Agile backlogs; prototypes with live client data using GenAI tools; evaluates RAG, agent workflows, and LLM integrations; and partners with architects, engineers, and account teams. Candidates need 2–4 years of professional experience, including hands-on software, data, or ML engineering and at least one year in a product, delivery, or client-facing role, along with GenAI tooling, Agile, English, and self-direction skills. The position offers remote work with flexible hours across United States and Latin American time zones.
