MariaDB is hiring a remote India-based Solution QA engineer for MaxScale, its database proxy. The role combines black-box testing of complex C++ and SQL-based database scenarios, documentation verification, customer issue reproduction and troubleshooting, release management across multiple MaxScale series, CI/build infrastructure maintenance, and DEB/RPM packaging. It also involves Python-based BuildBot pipeline improvements, virtualization and cloud-based build/testing, and collaboration with support and development teams.
