Description
Improve Group is hiring a full-time Solution Engineer based in its Albuquerque, New Mexico office, with up to 40% travel. The role serves as a client-facing technical representative for military and federal government opportunities, translating requirements into feasible scopes, validating constructability and budgets, developing proposals and technical documentation, coordinating with project and design teams, and guiding opportunities through award. The position requires 3–7 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related technical field, along with military or federal client experience, proposal and opportunity-capture experience, and the ability to access DoD facilities. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 base salary plus performance-based incentive pay and other benefits.
