Vista is seeking a permanent, full-time Solution Specialist to join their team in Auckland. The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional client experiences by configuring and supporting Vista's software for cinema industry clients, focusing on migrations to their platform offerings. Key responsibilities include developing an extensive understanding of cinema operations, performing project discovery, analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing solutions, installing/configuring Vista software, training clients, consulting on best practices, taking ownership of project tasks, building strong relationships, and assisting with various regional and departmental tasks.
