Studio McGee is hiring a full-time, onsite Solutions Analyst in its Draper, Utah headquarters. The role partners with business units across design, product development, purchasing, warehousing, inventory, order support, and marketing to identify operational problems, map processes, and deliver solutions through workflow improvements, system reconfiguration, AI prompting, agents, and automations. The analyst coaches departments to own their solutions, scopes genuine engineering needs, and tracks adoption. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 3–6+ years of relevant cross-functional experience, operational systems exposure, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools.
