The Solutions and Development Director will drive growth in Plexus’s Sustaining Services business by identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing complex enterprise-wide aftermarket solutions, and leading warranty, field service, and repair-center capabilities. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, sales-process leadership, and continuous improvement across aerospace, defense, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial markets. A bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of related experience are preferred, with a stated annual salary range of $149,000 to $246,500.
