TAL is hiring a full-time hybrid Systems Engineer based in Madrid to define, design, and execute automated intralogistics projects from pre-contract through implementation. The role combines technical solution development, CAD and engineering design, logistics simulations, supplier evaluation, project planning, customer presentations, and support for installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, intralogistics or industrial automation experience, CAD and engineering-tool experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and extensive travel across Europe.
