Description
Cytora is hiring a Solutions & Implementation Engineer to own technical customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, including API integrations, workflow configuration, technical discovery, integration architecture, customer education, troubleshooting, and product feedback. The role partners with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Product, and requires 3–5+ years of customer-facing technical experience, API and Python fluency, architectural thinking, SaaS integration experience, and strong communication and troubleshooting skills. The position is remote for candidates based in the Central United States, with a starting base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 and no visa sponsorship.
