The Financial Ombudsman Service is hiring a permanent Solutions Architect in London to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, lead multidisciplinary teams through ideation and solution development, create solution visions and high-level designs, guide initiatives through the Change Gateway process, and support implementation. The role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem plus broad knowledge of application development, integration, cloud platforms, and related technologies including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, Azure DevOps, NServiceBus, Workday, Anaplan, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Microsoft Copilots. It is a hybrid role reporting to the Chief Architect, with a salary of £80,000–£90,000 per year.
