Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in the Energy & Utilities industry, with a focus on Meter to Cash processes.
Proven expertise in implementing or integrating CIS and MDM platforms (e.g., SAP IS-U, Oracle CC&B, Oracle Utilities MDM, Itron, Landis+Gyr).
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with CRM, CCaaS, and customer-facing digital solutions.
Deep understanding of the Meter to Cash lifecycle and supporting technologies.
Ability to design solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with comfort working across IT, operations, and customer service teams.
Proficiency in leading technology implementations and integrations.
Relevant certifications in CIS, MDM, CRM, or CCaaS platforms are a plus.
