Description
Apple is hiring an AppleCare Technologies Solutions Architect to advise business and engineering partners on AppleCare support systems and contact delivery infrastructure. The role leads the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of routing, contact delivery, and enterprise support systems; develops technology roadmaps and pilots; defines technical requirements; and guides large-scale infrastructure and application projects. It requires at least five years of infrastructure technology experience, enterprise cloud and migration experience, knowledge of AI and machine learning, strong analytical and project-management skills, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
