Description
The Solution Architect collaborates with account management and customers to define requirements, evaluate IT, networking, and cloud solutions, design technically viable Managed Services and cloud offerings, prepare solution designs and presentations, lead customer workshops, and support product and strategic roadmaps. The role requires a BS degree, at least five years of customer-facing technical sales or solution engineering experience, hybrid-cloud and colocation expertise, cloud and DevOps knowledge, Brazilian-Portuguese and English fluency, and travel; visa sponsorship is not offered.
