Description
The Solution Architect collaborates with account management and customers to define requirements, evaluate IT, networking, and cloud solutions, design technically viable Managed Services and cloud offerings, prepare solution designs and presentations, lead customer workshops, estimate solutions, and provide product and strategic feedback. The role requires knowledge of hybrid-cloud, colocation, infrastructure, cloud management, DevOps, security, and related technologies, along with Japanese and English fluency and eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.
