Amazon is hiring a Solutions Architect to work with South African enterprise customers across multiple industries, helping them adopt AWS and AI technologies. The role involves developing sales strategies, designing and modernizing cloud-native architectures, educating customers, conducting training, sharing best practices, contributing to publications, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and AWS teams. Candidates need broad technology competence across areas such as generative AI, infrastructure, security, DevOps, databases, application development, and data analytics, with deep expertise in at least two or three of those areas, along with substantial experience in technology domains, application and infrastructure design or consulting, and software or Internet industry development or implementation.
