Axon is hiring a hybrid Data Solutions Engineer II, Data Conversion to architect and deliver data conversion and ingestion solutions for public safety partners. The role covers legacy-system data extraction, schema mapping, transformation, database analysis, quality assurance, client-facing technical services, and reusable conversion tooling, with up to 30% travel and onsite work from Tuesday through Friday at one of four hub locations. Candidates need a technical or quantitative bachelor’s degree, coding-bootcamp graduation, or 5+ years of related technical experience, along with SQL, Python, Bash, GraphQL, Azure, database, API, and ETL expertise. The position offers a base pay range of $108,000 to $174,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision plans.
