Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Solutions Architect to design, implement, govern, and maintain solutions across the Naval Ships environment. The role includes defining solution and technical architectures within project constraints, documenting current and future application, data, and technology architectures, providing Project Technical Authority leadership, and managing design governance, change, and configuration activities. It requires experience with IT and software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, major IT application design and deployment, business process enablement, and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. The role is UK-wide with hybrid working, typically two to three days per week on site, and involves international programmes and digital transformation in a manufacturing environment.
