Description
Cleo is hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as a supply chain advisor and technical lead throughout the B2B SaaS sales cycle. The role conducts discovery, designs ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner integration architectures, leads POCs and RFI/RFP responses, demonstrates AI-powered platform capabilities, and partners with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, and hands-on integration and supply chain knowledge.
